Closings have begun in Tower 3 at Park Grove, known as the ‘Club Residence Tower,’ in Coconut Grove, and just within the last few days, the finishing touches have been put on most of the amenities, and we were lucky enough to be the very first brokers to take professional photographs of the stunning amenities to share with our readers and all of our clients who purchased at Park Grove.
I have to first say…wow! I knew that Park Grove was going to be a beautiful project with an innovative design by Rem Koolhaas, but the finished product exceeded my expectations. From the curved exteriors that seamlessly flow into almost every detail of the interiors, to the creative design of a wooden palm tree in the kid’s room to the picture-perfect restaurant overlooking the 500-foot-long pool and the private gardens designed by Swiss-architect Enzo Enea…mark my words, Park Grove is the nicest condo development ever constructed in the City of Miami. I’m even more excited to see the final unveiling of Tower 2, which should be completed in approximately a month and Tower 1 which is estimated for a summer 2019 completion.
